1. Helping a client reach an “unattainable” goal - I love hearing a self-employed client say, “I never thought this would happen,” after getting a mortgage or finding a debt solution.
2. When a client wants to learn - teaching a client how to get a better mortgage and how to improve their financial situation is always a win. It’s awesome seeing the “aha!” moment when a client understands something that’s always confused them.
3. Solving the trickiest issues - Every financial issue’s a crackable puzzle. Nothing feels better than finding the best, most cost-effective solution to a uniquely complex situation.
